Weather can turn any party upside down, there's nothing more frustrating than having a perfectly planned party & the rain gods don't play nice.

Here at A-Leap we offer a Weather Protection Guarantee, if it's a light drizzle than there 's no issue, we will continue as planned. However, if you feel uncomfortable going forward with the hire because of the weather, you'll receive a full refund.

We have never had an accident, & we don't plan to either. However, we understand accidents do happen. We are fully insured up to $20 million in Public Liability Insurance. Every bounce house is secured to the manufacturers rating & we will never risk a party if the weather is unsafe or the land is on a heavy slope.

Organising a party can be stressful & we've all been there. It's all so easy to forget one little thing. Here at A-Leap we've done it to many times to forget the little things.

The day before the hire we will reach out to re-confirm drop-off/collection times & discuss any weather concerns.

You'll get a lovely text as we are on our way with an ETA.

When we arrive, we will need access to a power outlet to plug in extension leads to power the blower. We will layout the bounce house & ask you to confirm you are happy with how it is set up. Once setup, we will ask you to check and ensure you're happy with how it's secured.

Then, we bounce the day away!
